I had an overall enjoyable stay at this resort, with beautiful grounds and excellent food. However, some aspects of the service were frustrating, particularly during check-in and with the timeshare presentations. The beach area was peaceful and the activities available kept us busy, but the long wait times and confusion upon arrival were noteworthy downsides.

The resort is stunning with beautiful pools, a breathtaking beach, and comfortable rooms. However, I found the timeshare pressure to be quite overwhelming and stressful at times. While the staff outside of sales were genuinely nice and helpful, the aggressive selling tactics really took away from the vacation atmosphere. A standout feature was the amazing ocean views and dining options, which were quite enjoyable.
